It is a Windows XP tweak that you can do by yourself which doesn't require a lot of brains. This will NOT harm your computer in anyway if you follow directions correctly. Read the comments below for more info. How to do it: Click "start" Then click "Run" After that type in "regedit" in the box and click enter Then click on + by a key named "HKEY_CURRENT_USER" After that click + by "Control Panel" Then click on the key "Desktop" Find "menushowdelay" in that big list and double click it Now instead of 400 or whatever you have, type 0 Click OK Log out Log back in There enjoy!
